Stayed in this hotel for $***a night and awoke multiple times covered in bed bug bites. I have had no response from the hotel regarding this despite repeatedly requesting a refund after making a formal complaint. I asked that my payment not be settled with them until the matter had been fully investigated, and today they have taken full payment, along with charging me the deposit- I had no notification they would do this and had been told verbally at check out reception it would be refunded. After calling them to question why my payments had been authorised, I was shouted at down the phone by the manager on duty. They refuse to provide anything in writing - avoid this hotel like the plague, it has caused nothing but issues.

I booked a stay for 6 nights. The room standard room was very average. The sheets were too small for the mattress and kept coming off. The pillows were quite small. Although the mattress and pillows were nice and soft. The furnishings were a bit dated. They have a decent size fridge in the rooms which is good, especially when staying for a few nights. The self serve laundry was incredibly handy and clean. Very user friendly. And not too expensive. I recommend travelling with your own laundry cleaning products as you will need to use your own. The staff were kind and pleasant. The room cleaning is on request only, which has its pros and cons. Great for someone that wants privacy, but also a hassle because you must request the day prior. For those that want to reduce spending money on restaurant dining, and buying your own food, they unfortunately have not invested in a microwave in the common area for guests. Only suites have that luxury of a microwave in their rooms. Also the introduction to the hotel was pretty poor. There wasn't really an explanation of all the facilities in the hotel. Example, where the pool, gym and laundry facilities were. And also the guest dining space for breakfast. I had no clue where it was. All in all, very average especially for the price. But it is west Hollywood and the overall stay was somewhat peaceful.

It’s not posh or glamorous but it does the job. The refreshed rooms with the vinyl flooring are an improvement. Parking is steep but that’s the reality of LA.

The reason I booked the hotel was cheaper price, except which everything turned out to be not good. Room fumes with ‘yeah this is old’ smell. Location is quite middle of everything physically but it was a bad choice because it meant everything is quite 40min drive away. 50 bucks per night for parking made me not want to rent a car. If you want the cheapest around weho, maybe this might be the one. However, if you’re a tourist, expect to spend some more(on better options).
