Great location near the heart of West Hollywood. The rooms were pretty large.

The rooms are pretty dated and old and the hotel should have a full refurbishment. The lobby is quite drab and sad looking. The pool is also dated and old.

A great stay, perfect for those who needed to be close to facilities in WeHo

Staff was friendly and was definitely the highlight of our stay. My room was lovely and found no faults to the property. I could not complain.

I would say price but that was being very picky with the reasoning why I probably scored this lower but all in all a good experience.

Great location to the events I was in. Decent look inside and out.

Terrible front desk service, unit was not cleaned well. Tons of hair in the bathroom. Was overpriced with no amenities and parking was $50 a night.

This Ramada has been consistently good for decades, nothing special just reliable.

Location is great! Front desk was very kind as I had just gone through a horrible experience at another property and was pretty upset, the front desk guy was awesome, wish I had got his name.

I still hate the fact that I have to spend $50 a night to self park my car but that apparently is the going rate.

The location and the staff was friendly but when I requested for my parking to be refunded I never heard back from the hotel.

It was pride weekend. I didn’t know that the hotel was not accessible from the main road until I got closer to the hotel. Which it took me another hour or so just to reach the hotel. Mind you a drive an electric car. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience

Adequate but not a nice hotel

Location and comfy bed

Was quite tired and dated decor. Doorway light switch kept flickering when off at night. Room was quite pokey with room for bags to be put away so as not to obstruct walk way into room. I tripped over my bag in the middle of the night when I got up to get a drink of water and I fell heavily against and down the wall where I hit my hip on the door hinge of the adjoining room door. Cut myself in the hinge and cause massive bruising and soreness. It would npot have happened if there was room to bags to go

Location is great, Sadly this hotel has not had a refresh in years. Run with minimal staff took me nearly 10 minutes to get checked in as there was no one on the front desk which is also behind Perspex and feels unwelcoming.

Not worth the price

It is in the center of West Hollywood. However, that means all the party’ers are in and out. At 2am when the bars close our next door people continued the party in their room. We could hear every word.

Paper thin walls and rude front desk. I paid booking.com $185 3 weeks prior, and they took the $ out. Then upon arrival Ramada says I have to pay twice!? I informed her that booking.com already took out the money but she said they have it, the Ramada doesn’t. She said if I want to stay there, I would have to pay again so I had no choice. So Booking.com charged 185 then the Ramada charged my card 537 after leaving the Ramada. They credited the 537 and debited 235 for the room. All in all my small room was $400 certainly not what the ad or the website states.
