I really loved this property. The staff was helpful and polite always. We had a little water damage in the first room we checked into and they immediately addressed the situation and I am just delighted with this property

Everything about our 10-night stay was outstanding. The reception-desk team welcomed us and facilitated early check-in. The room provided all that we needed. The concierge team answered all of our questions and offered helpful suggestions. The food service staff made dining a pleasure. The cleaning staff kept the room in good order. On future trips to London, our go-to hotel will be The Montague on the Garden.

This hotel was outstanding from the time we checked in to checking out. The staff are a credit to the hotel, even remembering our names when entering and leaving. We were very fortunate to be upgraded to a suite which was fabulous. Breakfast was first class. Definitely will return
