Cosy, it was well equipped and in a great location. The bed was very comfortable. Well equipped compact kitchen but we rarely used it as there were so many places to eat out or grab a snack.

We were aware of the steep stairs so that was not really an issue. It might be nice to have a bolt on inside of gate door to secure the outside passage to the back door we used all the time but that’s being picky.

The only negative feedback about this place is the very difficult door lock. I use these all the time but in the end, I wasted so much time on arrival and on departure , I had to leave the keys elsewhere as I couldn't open it.

Great location, less than a minute to the beach. Central in town so easy access to shops etc great for anyone with limited mobility. Comfortable lounge, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed in bedroom 1.

Bad problem with damp in the kitchen which meant widespread paint lifting off two of the walls, particularly unpleasant when you were sitting at the table to eat. Paint brushed off onto clothes as you went to cupboards etc. Would be useful to warn potential customers that there are steps between most rooms, and within the kitchen. We had expected stairs but not the internal steps. A photo of the smallest bedroom would have been usfeul in knowing h=what to expect. We had an adult sleeping in there, the bed was long enough for an adult but we probably wouldnt have chosen this property if wed realised what the owners meant by a ‘day bed’.
