Villa with huge garden, pool and air conditioning in the whole house:
The Villa located in a quiet residential area 5 minutes drive from the village of Calonge.
The fully air conditioned villa is distributed on one floor and large garden makes it ideal for a family vacation with children: has 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one with twin beds), large living room with open and fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms . The garden is located behind the house, offering total privacy. At garden level is a summer dining area with fully equipped with barbecue plus a summer kitchen equipped with dishwasher, gas kitchen and fridge. a bathroom with shower. The garden is very spacious and has a wonderful vegetation, the pool area with loungers integrates seamlessly in . All this makes the house ideal for a holiday with children The house is tastefully decorated with modern touches and attention to detail to make our guests feel at home.
A 5 minute drive will find the village of Calonge, with its typical restaurants, traditional bakeries and local produce market on Thursday. Summer nights can enjoy live music in the castle. A 10 minutes away is the wide beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge and a great walkway that reaches to Playa de Aro with fantastic coves. A 15-minute drive you will find Playa de Aro, the ideal place for shopping and Palamos, coast port with typical restaurants and tapas bars, not to miss is the fish auction in the afternoon. The villa is ideally located in a quiet area but with easy access to major attractions in the area.

Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included in the price for all guests.· Groups of young people under 25 and parties are not allowed in this house. We had a great stay in Calonge. Fantastic house and garden with swimmingpool in an environment with many beaches and places like Girona and Barcelona. Due to Vera and Marc everything was well organised. When something was wrong it was solved very fast. The real costa brava way!!! Looking forward to see you again next year.

Nous nous réjouissons d'avoir passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Aguacate. Nous y avons séjourné avec 6 personnes. Il y a certainement beaucoup de place. Il y a de l'air conditionné partout dans la maison. Le beau jardin bien entretenu avec cuisine extérieure, living extérieur et piscine est fortement recommandé. Pendant notre séjour du 6 au 22 juillet 2020, nous n'avons pas cuisiné et mangé une seule fois à l'intérieur, mais chaque fois à l'extérieur. Avec les mesures Covid-19, nous avons pu profiter de la tranquillité, du jardin, de la piscine et du beau temps. Un endroit à ne pas oublier ! Bienheureux !
