With 316 m2, this villa welcomes your group of up to 10 people for authentic and relaxed holidays. The 1000 square meter garden, offering both shaded and sunny areas, provides a free space for children to play and pets to enjoy. The 9x5m pool is the perfect place to cool off, with loungers ready for long naps. For more relaxed times by the pool, you'll also find outdoor sofas.
Moving inside, the villa, while not boasting unnecessary luxuries, provides everything you need for a relaxed vacation. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen connects to the spacious living room, where comfortable sofas and a Smart TV await for moments of relaxation. A toilet on this floor ensures everyone's comfort. From here, access the garden and the covered porch, ideal for outdoor dinners. A charcoal barbecue is available.
The first floor houses five bedrooms, four with double beds and one with two single beds. Two full bathrooms ensure everyone's comfort. Two double rooms have access to a terrace with a table and chairs for 2 people each.
