·Sheets and bath towels: €15 for 2 nights / €20 for 2 or more nights (price per person). You can arrange this through us or bring your own.
·Beach towels: €5 per person.
·Pets: €40 for the entire stay per pet (this service must be arranged when bringing pets)
Housing Policy: You must follow the rules set forth in the contract
-Final cleaning is required; you may hire a service or do it yourself
-Use of sheets is required; you may rent them or bring your own
-Recycle trash and dispose of it in the bins at the entrance to the property
-Outdoor noise is permitted from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
-Leaving any type of trash outside is prohibited
-Shower before using the pool
-Use only charcoal in the barbecue
-Notify us if you are bringing pets
-Charging electric cars is prohibited
-You must use utilities, the property, and the surrounding area responsibly and respect your neighbors
-Access to the roof is prohibited
-You must report any damage caused
-Smoking is prohibited inside the property
-Only the number of people specified in the rental agreement are permitted
Failure to comply with these rules will result in fines and/or eviction from the property.
UPON KEY HANDOVER, YOU MUST PAY:
- The tourist tax: €1.75 per person per night, for guests 16 years of age and older. (Payment must be made in cash only)
- Any outstanding charges for extras you have booked. (Payment must be made in cash only)
- The final rental payment, if so agreed. (This must be paid in cash only)
- Security deposit for possible damages: €500 (This must be paid by credit card only)
The security deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the property approximately 7 days after checkout, provided no damage is found. If any damage is found, it will be photographed and sent along with a repair estimate to the tenant for payment, and the cost will be deducted from the retained security deposit. The tenant is required to pay any remaining balance, if applicable.

Check-out: By 10:00 a.m.
For dates outside the high season, please inquire about flexible check-in and check-out times.

We had an exceptional stay at Mas Cabañas in Calonge. From the moment we arrived, we could see how well cared for the villa is. Everything was immaculate, thoughtfully prepared, and perfectly set up for a relaxing holiday.The house itself is spacious, bright, and beautifully designed, with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The bedrooms are cosy, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the outdoor spaces are a real highlight. We especially enjoyed the pool and terrace, which were ideal for eating together, relaxing in the sun, or winding down in the evening. Everything about the villa feels welcoming and homely.The location is excellent too. Mas Cabañas is set in a quiet and peaceful area, yet it’s only a short drive from Palamós beach and other stunning spots along the Costa Brava. We found it the perfect balance – tranquil at the villa, but with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and day trips.It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining Mas Cabañas at a very high standard. The whole property was spotless when we arrived, and everything worked perfectly, which made our stay completely stress-free.Judith was a wonderful host. Always friendly, responsive, and helpful, which really added to the experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’ll remember our time at Mas Cabañas with great fondness, and we would love to return in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a beautiful villa.

We had an amazing time in Mas Cabañas, the house is beautiful! The location is great, really close from the beach as well as from the little town of Calonge.It really exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have dreamt of a better place to celebrate my birthday with all my loved ones! Definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to rent a nice house along the Costa Brava :)
