The setting is stunning and unparalleled. It is peaceful and the property is so beautifully cared for. It has a magical quality to it. The food is unbelievable and the staff is friendly and kind in the an unforgettable way.

To be honest, it was just so hot (which is not the facilities fault of course). Our apartment was really warm and we had to keep it closed the entire time we were there, which made it hard to enjoy the scenery. It had only one AC unit for 4 bedrooms, full kitchen and living space. It also was very quirky and interesting. But then as we stayed longer, we started to notice more. The apartment could use renovation or some new furnishings at a minimum. Not all the furnishings were bad. But it did feel like most of them came from a second hand store. Also, the main building is not air conditioned and the only space to eat is outodoors but at midday is incredibly uncomfortable with the sun blazing down, even with the canopies. Also, if your pets are heat sensitive, I do not recommend bringing them in the summer. There is just not really any place for them to be cool. I was worried about my little dogs quite a lot. Considering the price we paid for the apartment, it did not feel aligned. The comfort was not high given the price. Again the heat is not the properties fault. But the fact that it is not truly ready for the heat could be managed better, especially for the price.

It was beautifully secluded yet within a suitable radius you could visit great beaches, local amenities and historic sites. Very picturesque building with superb views down the valley to the sea. Stylish architecture and decor. The staff were very approachable yet gave a lot of space to guests, not pushy or sales driven. The wine just added an extra special touch to what is a gorgeous setting.

It was all good. Simple and well considered.

We loved the location in the hills. We had a great room with a large terrace overlooking the verdant hills cape with the sea beyond. We enjoyed the good food and relaxed easily after our 4 days of hiking. Loved the mad pink chandelier and the overhead fan!!

We really liked the decor and ambience of the spacious bedroom and the very large bathroom but were a little nervous of the slippery surface when showering. The toilet also got a good wash when the shower was on!!! However, these things are easily corrected.
