Unico neo per chi ha problemi di deambulazione è che l’appartamento si trova al secondo piano, senza ascensore

Mini appartamento " Boutique" che permette un soggiorno davvero speciale a due passi ( reali 500 mt) dal centro storico. E' dotato di tutti i confort, come da foto riprodotte sul sito, inclusa doccia emozionale con cromoterapia e musicaterapia. Ottima privacy. Ottima pulizia . Letto matrimoniale comodo con extra fornitura di cuscini. Rispetto per gli orari di checkin. Il signor Biagio ottimo padrone di casa, certosino nelle spiegazioni. Parcheggio privato che incide per una modica cifra nel prezzo extra della camera ma , una volta parcheggiato, ci si dimentica dell'auto. Colazione presso uno dei migliori bar/pasticcerie di Matera.

La posizione a due passi dal centro in una zona ben servita. Il parcheggio nel cortile interno dell'immobile è il valore aggiunto dell'alloggio. Precise e puntuali le indicazioni ricevute dal host sia su chat che al momento del check-in. Host molto preparato non dispensa di buoni consigli su come approcciarsi nella visita della città. La colazione nel bar di fronte casa è di qualità eccellente. Consigliatissssssssssssssssimo..................
