You have everything you need. It is close to everything and the room looks very nice. Price was also excellent
The sheets were stained. Not sure if that was a one time only but it looked like they were not washed

Location was excellent. Perfect. One of the best value for money accommodations in Matera. Close to sights/ restaurants/ bars/ supermarket.
A little communal sitting area with facilities such as a bar fridge, microwave, kettle was handy, but no utensils.
Pigeons nesting on the ledge outside our window...Earplugs are recommended! The room was too hot, we were unable to adjust the radiator, as the thermostat on the radiator was broken. The bed sheets seemed very baubly and rough.
