The location is opposite the police station, but we generally felt safe in that part of town. There is a free parking space in the courtyard that we could use after check-out. The Sassi is a few minutes away. There are restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The room is very neat and clean. It has a minimal kitchen for basic cooking, a coffee machine and a kettle. Coffee and tea were provided in the apartment. Also toilet paper, soap and shampoo. The south of Italy has progressed in terms of tourism. It would be good to have basic cooking supplies in your accommodation, such as oil, pepper, salt, and vinegar. A bottle of water would also be helpful.

Posizione strategica, con parcheggio gratuito in loco, a due passi dal centro. Camera fornita di tutti i servizi, con possibilità di cucinare se lo si desidera. Bar, pasticcerie, forni e ristoranti eccezionali nelle vicinanze. Il proprietario di una gentilezza unica. Se torneremo a Matera, soggiorneremo volentieri di nuovo qui!
Tutto durante il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. Unico neo, se proprio devo trovare qualcosa da migliorare, è la pulizia/sostituzione di alcuni elementi d'arredo (tendaggi/cuscini/copriletto).
