Estaba súper bien ubicado, justo al inicio del centro histórico de Matera lo cual lo hacía muy cómodo. La habitación muy grande y el baño con lo necesario

We stayed only one night, but overall had a pleasant experience. The location was convenient for exploring Matera, and the room was clean and comfortable. One point worth mentioning is that, despite being advertised as a B&B, breakfast was not provided. This may not be an issue for all guests, but it was somewhat unexpected. The facilities are also a bit dated, although everything was well maintained and clean. Parking was available nearby, but not directly in front of the property. It required a short walk of a few minutes, which was perfectly manageable for us but may be useful information for travelers with heavy luggage. Overall, a good option for visiting Matera, especially considering its location.

Clean and spacious. Air conditioned and comfortable.

There were no cups or any infrastructure despite a coffee machine and pods. Also missing toilet paper in bathroom apart from 1/4 roll. Asked host for some assistance but did not reply until 2 hours before checkout. Still a great place to stay but bring everything you need apart from bedding and towels.
