Location, apartment and views from the apartment are amazing. Apartment is clean and beautiful.
There is only one water glass in the kitchen, and from the kitchen sink there was some bad odor throughout our stay.

The only good part of the apartment is a great view.
It's more like a wannabe luxury apartment, but far from actually being one. From the moment we entered the apartment, we could feel it was neglected. Unfortunately, many things are poorly maintained. There are holes in the ceiling, in bathroom tiles, doors were damaged, cigarette-burnt curtains and sofa. Overall maintenance very, very poor. The apartment really needs a good handyman and better maintaining. The rooftop terrace is unusable — it's very dirty which is probably not the owner’s fault, but it still gives off a disgusting impression. The biggest downside was in the small details that actually matters: no hand soap in the bathroom, a broken toilet paper holder, exposed TV wires, and the kitchen bottom panel (plinth) missing along its entire length.

Amazing View, Amazing Spa, Great modern apartment with spa facilities.
Its fantastic location, pristine apartment cleanliness, and view to die for. The spa was excellent, the host was very welcoming and had great character, and he helped us out with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations as well. Will stay again on my next visit to Skopje.
