A perfect spot for the city break

We picked this apartment predominantly because of its location - it was very close to the friends we were visiting in Skopje. However, it takes you approximately 25 minutes on foot to the city centre. We didn't mind, as we like to walk. The second reason we chose this apartment was the good reviews from other guests. Thirdly, we had a parking lot and an underground garage, which is always convenient in a big city.

Although the apartment seemed very clean, the kitchen could have been a bit cleaner, and the variety of kitchen appliances could have been greater.

Apartment is beautiful just like it is in the pictures . In a great location only 20 mins walk to city center . Shops and restaurants 2 mins walk away . Apartment had all you would need for your stay . Sauce pans pots pans. Dinner wear ect . The host is a lovely person . Check in very easy as we arrived late in the night . We were provided with check in details which we had no problems. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Parking is difficult as the apartment is close to the center so make sure to ask for a spot in the car garage!

An excellent place to stay

Very clean, modern, very well furnished. The host is a great man, helpful and friendly. There’s an indoor parking space - we left the car there during our stay and never worried about it. We walked to the center - about 20-minute walk. Highly recommend this flat!

The flat was clean and well equipped. It is located in a quite neighbourhood in the city centre. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby. The host was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. He even drove us to the bus station and helped buy the tickets. Highly recommended.

Skopje - adorable and vibrant city, I must visit it again.

The building is brand new, and the apartment is modern, spacious, bright and very clean. The landlord is a wonderful host, and I immediately felt at home. It takes about 15 minutes to walk in a straight line to the city center. Those who dont like to walk will be satisfied with the very favorable taxi prices. Also, Macedonians are extremely hospitable and benevolent people. Special recommendations: a walk by the Vardar River; city park; extremely high-quality local food in restaurants; downtown cafes; Millennium Cross on the top of Vodno mountain.

The apartment is awesome, super modern, spacious and clean. The owners are super friendly and helpful, very nice, safe and shady underground parking place, you can unload your car there and take the lift directly to your apartment. Its perfect if you travel with your little ones, the TV is smart and has Netflix and Youtube, which make the the stay with kids way easier. Across the road from it there is a small restaurant called Bratski Merak, its simple place, but the food is exceptionally good.

Everything was perfect, I highly recommend this place!

Excellent apartment, highly recommend!

Exceptional apartment with everything you need. Stylish furniture, very comfortable beds, very clean, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom ( from soft drink and caffe to washing machine pods). The main square is 10 minutes by walk, small markets, bakeries and restaurants are close to the aparments, in some minutes. You can reach a private parking place. The host was kind and helpful also, we made self check in, but he was available online all the time. Perfect place to explore Skopje. Highly recommend!!!

Lovely big space.The apartment is new, cozy and clean with really comfortable bedroom. Lovely sitting room with a comfy sofa and and armchair, strong AC. Kitchen with touch hob and fridge, washing machines and dishwashers. Comfortable bed with extra blankets if needed. Location was good for us 10 min easy walk from the city center. The bus station is also very close to the apartment. Big sized supermarket really close. The hosts are very kind, pleasant and always helpful. And it has a free parking for your car Over all really good!

Egy lakótelepen van a szállás, de nagyon szépen fel van újítva a ház és a lakás is. Minden nagyon új és tiszta, a lépcsőház is olyan, mintha egy lakóparkban lenne. Hosszabb tartózkodásra is jó lehet, a konyha is jól felszerelt.

Csak készpénzben lehetett fizetni, emiatt ki kellett venni az automátából helyi pénzt, magas kezelési költséggel. Ráadásul, két közeli ATM nem működött, így el kellett menni egy harmadikba (a szállásadó kíséretében). Nem hiányzott ez a késő esti program.

Nu pot spune ca mi-a plăcut si motivele ar fi urmatoarele: Apartamentul este frumos decorat, dar sunt mau mult ca sigura ca de când a fost achiziționat si renovat mu s-a mai făcut nimic acolo.

A fost mizerie. Nu este nimic din ceea ce domnul de la apartament numește lux. Frigiderul , cabina de dus, obiectele sanitare, toate au fost murdare. Fetele de perina cu fermoarul rupte. Prosoape vechi , gri la culoare de la cât de multe spălări au văzut. Am sa atașez niște fotografii, eu nu as da mai mult de nota 4 acestei locații. Lipsa de interes a proprietarului vis a vis de clienți....se vede de la întrarea în apartament.

Ev sahibi vancho iyi birisine benziyor kolaylıklar sağlıyor ancak evde Tavanlarda bir çok yerde örümcek ağları vardı. Temizlik açısından çok kötü. Evde fazla haşerat vardı. Tuvaletin sifonu çalışmıyor. Kova ile doldur boşalt yaptık. Lavabo musluğu kırık. Buzdolabında yarısı yenmiş karpuz, soğan ve yoğurt vardı.

Γενικά όλο το σπίτι ήτανε πολύ τακτοποιημένο και καθαρό. Τα κρεβάτια ήτανε άνετα.

Είναι λίγο μακριά από το κέντρο όμως το αξίζει.
