Benjamin rewarded with one day breakfast and a small act of service conserning the renovations

The view, the location and the style of the rooms

The staff are lost and couldnt find my booking, i had requested an early check in it was not delivered, there were renovations all over the hotel so we couldn’t benefit from the calm. The spa is small but the massage service is not bad to enjoy a relaxing time.

Very loud parties on 2 consecutive nights

The pool was lovely

I was in Marseille as my 14 year-old son was there to complete a very intensive ballet course. On my arrival I had upgraded to a room on the second floor as I didn't feel safe being on the ground floor with people walking past and looking in through patio doors. On 2 consecutive nights there were private parties at the Sky Bar that were right next to my room. The music was as loud in my room as if I was at the party and it went on both nights until after midnight. My son was exhausted, unable to sleep and unable to perform to his best in class. There was no pre warning to us that these parties were taking place and had we known at time of booking we would have booked alternative accomodation. I did ask to be fully reimbursed for the 2 nights stay where these dreadful parties occurred but I was offered just 20% off for the 2 party nights, not even off the whole trip. Very bad customer service would not recommend or return. Anyone travelling with children avoid. Restaurant is also very over priced for the standard of food served.

Not recommend

Wouldn’t recommend at all: Although The hotel seems nice on pictures and has overall nice designs inside, the view is also nice, the breakfast is not bad …but poor maintenance and poor service ruins it all. This is NOT worth the value you pay,

Where to start: during the heatwave the AC didn’t work in many rooms so had to pack again all of my suitcases to move to a different room, cherry on top there were some nuts on the carpet snd hairs in the sink (someone shaving ? ) so not fully clean- then after waisting so much time I try to go to the swimming pool only to find out it’s already closed at 20:00 (most luxury hotels leave it open much later. Then I try to order room service they bring ring the bell by error with the wrong meal, then finally got my food , then electricity failure and no Ac again- which luckily they foxed quickly-then finally I call snd asked for later checkout to compensate for all these issues and the man at reception I have to pay a lot extra for late checkout and I should come to reception ‘in person’ ….at the end at least one lady gave me a small discount - but this doesn’t change I won’t come back here

Sprawling boutique hotel in a great location, with a wonderful breakfast served onsite.

The breakfast was wonderful and absolutely full of variety. Also, the view of the surrounding area from where breakfast is served is stunning! We were lucky to have wonderful weather during our stay, and we took advantage of walking along the waterfront around the hotel (it was in a great waterfront location). We had adjoining rooms for my wife/I and the kids. Each was clean and faced the ocean (each room had a nice balcony). The staff was wonderful, attentive and helpful… Parking was also on site…

The hotel was expansive with wings full of rooms heading off in all different directions. It was easy to get lost! Lol… Also, the black decor was somewhat off putting. My son said it reminded him of a movie theatre! Black hallways and ceilings aren’t really comforting and welcoming, but it is a boutique hotel after all! $28 to park your car also seemed a bit on the high side… To be honest, these are minor annoyances and not really all that problematic.

loved the city, weather was great, will be back but not to Nhow - which is a shame.

very modern, uniquely constructed into the rock side

€300 deposit taken at check in without warning - what if including afford it? room wasn’t ready on arrival despite online checkin and 4 contact attempts with no reply, before arrival. Food service was terrible. extremely limited menu but hotel didn’t have stock for over 50% of choice during our stay. we were charged €119 for humous. €20 for 2 soft drinks more or less, staff seemed to act like we should know they didn’t have any food or we should be happy with €119 humous. I complained on day 2 re: food but haven’t had any reply on checkout at day 4. Location let’s it down as nothing close (without Uber etc) to avoid paying overpriced rates for water etc. Uber was great but the taxi (booked via the hotel) was double the price of Uber to the airport.

Very poor

Hotel wasn't too bad.

There was some kind of community day which led the road leading to the hotel to be closed. It took us 2½ hours to get to the hotel as the police wouldn't let us through the roadblock. Apparently this is a monthly occurrence so surely the hotel knows this and should make arrangements for its booked guests to at least get to the hotel! Will never stay here again.

Great staff and breakfast. Unique decor and architecture of the hotel. Amazing view of the sunset.

Prices may be bit steep depending on the period of travel. Pool could be heated a bit more during spring for guests to enjoy it better.

fair enough staying in Marseilles

Let’s say it was fair enough…. the whole atmosphere it was quite good, clean room, nice mattress very friendly staff, the breakfast was good, the food in general was nice.

in general I didn’t like the “futuristic” style of the hotel. it was too much for my taste. too dark for my taste, at least the room was bright enough, but the rest of hotel was too too dark!

Very impersonal hotel, it is a corporate hotel for groups and congress, the personnel does its job, nothing more nothing less, not a word of kindness or smile, just the usual business, you can stand in front of them for 5 minutes without anyone lifting their heads, no conversation. So not adapted for personal travel

beautiful sea view

staff was incredibly rude and unfriendly. Never had such a bad experience in a supposedly 4 * hotel. Room was ok but some parts of the lighting was broken / not working, one part of the wall damaged by humidity (next to the in-room bathroom). I called them about the jacuzzi and indoor pool, they gave me wrong information so we ended up not being to enjoy them. overall pretty bad experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
