Definitely won’t be back and would not recommend.

Nothing at all

Everything could have been better. This is not a hotel - it’s an apartment above a restaurant that was actually closed whilst we stayed. There were no staff or reception - security was lacking and cleanliness was not good. Dirty ashtray and burnt out candle left in room. No coffee capsules or water - basically totally below expectations. Balcony terrace door was broken and could not be secured. Rodent bait box in room suggests rodent issues. WiFi and tv did not work. Disgraceful establishment.

Location.

There was no way to secure the room from inside so anyone could enter if they had the code to the door. They never sent me the code and I had to get it from staff. The staff member got my door code over the phone from someone, but didn't give me the note he wrote down on which I didn't think until I realised there was no way to secure the room. Also, no room safe.

modern and clean rooms, located directly at the beach, bus connection to the city, pet friendly

loud music until late at night (the rooms are located directly above the restaurant/bar). The hotel feels more like an add-on to the restaurant. There is no reception, everything is handled remotely.

This could have been a five star review. A hotel close to the beach, a large room with a mini kitchen, nice bathroom, all very (IKEA) modern...

The hotel rooms are directly above the restaurant of the same name (which is very good), but whenever the restaurant is in operation, very loud pop music is played out of speakers that are on the ceiling right underneath the hotel rooms on the first floor. Even with the door to the stairs and the room door and window firmly closed, the thumping of the music can be heard very loudly. The restaurant officially closes at 2200, but the music continues until just after midnight. My six-year-old was struggling to sleep, given the noise. Thankfully this is a kosher restaurant and was closed for the sabbath on the last two nights of our stay, which gave us much-needed peace and quiet.

The room was spotless and modern and spacious. For our purpose the location was ideal, a 2 minute walk from the beach

The music from the restaurant below was LOUD until at least 11:30pm and this on a Thursday night. It wasn't just music, it was like being above a disco with the speakers pointing at our room. Thump, thump, thump, thump. The bed wasn't really all that comfortable. There was wifi but the owner put the code into my phone and it worked sometimes but didn't work all the time. They could at least put the wifi code in the room. We had to leave early in the morning and couldn't figure out how to get out.

Un mauvais airbnb au prix d'un hôtel..

L'emplacement et le parking

Aucun accueil physique, pas d'assistance en cas de problème. Nous avons eu un problème avec l'entrée dans notre chambre, le numéro "d'assistance" n'a jamais repondu. Bougies entamées et poussièreuses dans la chambre Éponge usagée, paquet de pâtes entamé, meuble pas fini (encore les cartons dans la chambre), énormément de traces au mur. Accès aux services de télévision extrêmement compliqué (obligé de passer par des services de streaming)

La Chambre en elle même était très bien.

Mais la nuit épouvantable. Les chambres sont au dessus du restaurant qui accueillait ce soir-là un groupe. Musique à fond jusqu'à minuit. J'ai bien failli appeler la police pour faire constater. La moindre des choses eut été de prévenir les clients.

L'établissement est propre mais il manque du personnel sur les lieux pour toutes demandes.

Le jour de notre départ, nous n'avons pas eu accès à l'eau chaude dans la salle de bain. La personne en charge des réservations et du service client nous a indiqué qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire, sous prétexte que nous étions un dimanche. Aucune solution ni compensation ne nous a été proposée, pas même un geste commercial. Ma compagne et moi avons trouvé cela très décevant sur le plan du service clientèle. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement.
