    2 room air-conditioning with problem, toilet cleanreness poor and cover spoit not repair. The front counter staff (Indian) cash deposit Rm150 refund was ask to fill up hand writtin inproper paper, to agree refund after 3 weeks. I personally think there was an dishonesty. After discuss she was unhappyly done refund.

    The room was okay for a short stay. It was reasonably clean and had the basic facilities needed. However, there is still some room for improvement, especially in terms of the overall condition and comfort of the room. The room was quite average—not bad, but not particularly impressive either. Hopefully, the hotel can improve the room maintenance and comfort for a better guest experience.
