A shout out to Ms Nancy Jones, the Operations Manager who went out of her way to ensure that I was assigned a quiet room when I made known to her that I was a light sleeper. Her service was excellent and made us feel valued. The hotel is beautiful and facilities excellent , ambience is warm, relaxing and welcoming. I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay in Magaritaville Resort for a beautiful experience in Gatlinberg. Thank you Ms Nancy Jones for making our stay in Gatlinburg a memorable and beautiful one!

Everything was great just wish it wasn’t so expensive! Maybe free breakfast to help soften the blow. Staff was friendly and helpful. Felt very expensive compared to everywhere else. We will stay a little further away next time for similar amenities.

We enjoyed staying here so much this was our 2nd stay. They keep everything so clean and it smells great. My son loves the pool area and I enjoy the balcony from the room. The location is perfect for walking and dining.
