Location and balcony were wonderful
The breakfast space was small. There wasn’t a great selection there. There was also an awful smell in the room we checked into.

The rooms were lovely, beautiful view over the river from our balcony, quite a walk to the main strip but not a big problem
The hotel looks quite dated ( although rooms were not) the reception could do with a refresh. The staff were not welcoming!
No not go for the free breakfast!! It’s awful and then to watch the staff member picking his nose!!
It’s a shame cause it could be a nice little hotel
