Tres bel appartement, spacieux, moderne,bien décoré, bien situé et très propre.
Un Intermarché tout près !
Les chambres du haut sont un peu bruyantes ( donnent sur une avenue)
Le chauffage non réglable : trop chaud en haut et frais en bas

Awesome place, spacious living room and terrace. Amenities are very modern and overall great confort. The check in is quite simple and convenient
Said 3 rooms, but in reality it's 2 rooms and a bed in the hallway next to a room
The room on the second floor gets pretty hot in summer. But the room on the first floor temperature is perfect

Convenient to centre of Nimes. We were there for a concert so only 10 minutes walk. Well equipped and facilities were good.
The stairs to the apartment. Could have been better maintained - one toilet did not work, sky light leaked over one of the beds.
Note this is not a three bedroom apartment. Only Two bedrooms plus one pull out bed on a mezzanine level.

The instructions to use the key code failed to mention that the key code machine was totally defaced and unreadable.
Thankfully, our efforts led to someone opening the door for us. The keypad needs to be replaced. The owner, Oliver, only provided 1 key fob and we discovered, the hard way, that the keypad was useless. The location is good but the apt and the building needs some love and care; Location is across from main train line so train noise is an issue
Upstairs bed needs to be replaced
Outside keypad needs to be replaced
Downstairs bedroom lamp needs to be replaced
there is no dryer in the unit so the advert is incorrect
Chunks of plaster missing in downstairs entry
