Great place to stay in the heart of Nimes

Very spacious appartment right in the centre of Nimes. Everything on walking distance. Nevertheless quiet, as the appartment is on the top floor. The owner met us with the access key to the parking and guided us around the appartment.

Parking is across the road, but a bit difficult to reach by car, but no problem.

Excellent location

The apt was clean and large in a wonderful location. The host was accommodating and extremely pleasant. I would recommend it.

1. No bath mats making exit from showers a safety concern. 2. We used two of the three bedrooms and both rooms had mediocre mattresses. The one in the second floor had a dip in the middle. The other mattress on the first floor was extremely lumpy.

Fabulous spacious apartment on two levels, very high standard of furnishings. Ideally placed in central Nimes. Beautifully equipped. Lift to 3rd floor.

The process of transferring the key was slightly stressful, there is nowhere to park nearby until you receive the key and parking pass.

E' vicino al centro ma...

La posizione, vicina al centro di Nimes e la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nella rimessa coperta, compresa nel prezzo dell'alloggio

In generale l'appartamento non è molto curato, pur presentando tutto il necessario (stoviglie, prodotti per la pulizia ecc.) L'arredamento è semplice e le rifiniture approssimative. Il WC al piano terra è separato dal resto del bagno, come accade in molti appartamenti francesi (ahinoi ma anche ahiloro che ci passano l'esistenza intera in tali disagi), la pulizia non curata a dovere: abbiamo trovato uno dei letti con il lenzuolo visibilmente sporco; probabilmente non era stato cambiato perchè rifatto dal precedente ospite per nascondere la macchia. L'host è stato sgarbato durante l'accoglienza. Egli aveva lasciato a casa il cellulare e non era possibile comunicare con lui per cui ci sono stati dei ritardi dovuti alla ricerca dell'effettivo luogo di incontro, inoltre, al mattino dopo, avendo comunicato i problemi riscontrati, ci ha accusati di aver noi macchiato i lenzuoli.

Location Location Location!

Sehr gute Lage, direkt bei der Altstadt. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Super Markhalle vis à vis. Schöne grosse Wohnung. Parkplatz im Parkhaus gegenüber ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war ein bisschen umständlich. Wir hatten keine Infos zu Treffpunkt oder Parkplatz (es ist das Parkhaus „la Coupole“). Es hat dann mit ein bisschen Zusatzaufwand doch alles geklappt. Sauberkeit in der Wohnung könnte besser sein.

Appartement grand, fonctionnel, calme et bien situé

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville, très proche des arènes de Nîmes et face aux halles donc pratique pour acheter de la bonne alimentation. Appartement lumineux et climatisé, propre et pratique. Propriétaire disponible et agréable.

Amplio apartamento en el centro de la ciudad, con garaje al lado. Tranquilo y agradable.

El apartamento es muy amplio, con una decoración muy bonita y es un lujo tener tres habitaciones. Está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad y puedes ir a pie a todos lados. Dejar el coche en el garaje de al lado es todo un plus.

L’appartement est vraiment super agréable. Grand, très bien équipé, confortable. Il est situé en hyper centre avec le parking compris juste en face c’est un vrai atout. Le propriétaire est très disponible et sympathique.

C’est un détail, mais les serviettes de bain mériteraient d’être plus grandes et plus « qualitative ». Ce n’est pas en adéquation avec le standing de l’appartement et des équipements qui sont vraiment haut de gamme

Sosta a Nimes

Appartamento luminoso, grande e con tutti i servizi necessari. Posizione ottima per visitare la cittadina e il parcheggio che l'host offre è nel centro commerciale sotto casa. L'accoglienza dell'host è super. Molto belli gli elementi di design in casa, rendono l'appartamento unico.

Un set di asciugamani era molto umido, ma per una notte è andata bene.

Appartamento molto grande e luminoso

Bellissimo appartamento in edificio storico nel centro di Nimes, di fronte al mercato coperto (les halles), sopra ad un carrefour city che chiude alle 21.00, a due passi dalla cattedrale e dai monumenti. L’appartamento è luminosissimo, parzialmente ristrutturato, ci sono i termoconvettori in 3 stanze su 4, presenta diverse opere d’arte, alcuni oggetti di design misti a qualche pezzo di mobilio un po’ sgangherato. Il proprietario è gentile e ci tiene al check in ed al check out di persona. Il parcheggio è molto comodo, si trova al di sotto del mercato. ATTENZIONE perché sullo stesso lato del mercato ci sono 2 parcheggi, di due compagnie diverse, se la card fornita non funziona é perché state entrando nel parcheggio sbagliato (quello superiore al mercato) e dunque vi tocca uscire e rientrare dalla barriera che porta al parcheggio sotterraneo (a sinistra dí quella che porta al parcheggio superiore 😅)

Noi siamo stati veramente molto bene, volendo però si potrebbero aggiungere delle piccole cose, ad esempio qualche tenda oscurante, lo stendino e il sapone da bucato, qualche asciugamano in più. Grazie mille ❤️
