Close to all amenities: Bakery, local greengrocers accessible on foot. Possibility to park your vehicle. 10 minutes from the train station in the city center, 5 minutes from the first Roman monument (the Magne Tower), the Bois des Espeisses for walking, playing sports or escaping is only 8 minutes away
on foot. Bus station 50 meters away, it serves the city center to the many shopping centers. Highway, all directions, easy to access and giving access to the 1st entrance/exit of the highway a few minutes away.

Nous avons passons un très bon séjour dans ce petit appartement en rdc avec un petit extérieur pavé. Tout le nécessaire est présent et les lieux sont propres. Petites attentions de la part des propriétaires (vin et jus de pomme locaux). Notre chienne nous accompagnait et nous avons pu la promener dans un joli parc tout proche (3 min en voiture, et moins de 10 min à pied mais attention route très fréquentée et cheminement piéton aléatoire). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
