Semi-detached villa of 140m² with swimming pool, enclosed garden with trees. The house is located in a quiet village with local shops, supermarkets 10 min. The village is located near Nîmes, 30 minutes from Montpellier and 40 minutes from Avignon. It is an ideal place for your excursions to tourist places such as the Pont du Gard, Arènes, Aigues mortes, Uzès, Camargue ... The beaches are 35 minutes by car.

This is a well equipped, modern house with plenty of space for a family. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, the pool was perfect for the kids, there was air con in each room and extras like the pool table made it even better. Recommend.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La maison est parfaite, avec des espaces très grands et très propres. Aubord est une ville calme à proximité de Nîmes, mais aussi des plages. Nous recommandons cette location, pour des familles mais également pour des amis. Les propriétaires sont présents en cas de besoin et très agréables.

Conforme à l annonce et à nos attentes : grande piscine, 4 chambres, une maison tout confort. Et en plus un billard, un babbyfoot, de la menthe dans le jardin et de la glace pilée pour les mojitos ! Merci pour l'accueil très sympathique à notre arrivée !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location (15 jours début août 2019). Tout y est : jardin très agréable, piscine avec possibilité d'en fermer l'accès à de jeunes enfants (douche extérieure pour se rincer et WC à proximité), literie de qualité, climatisation (y-compris dans les chambres, sauf la petit chambre d'appoint), sdb moderne avec douche à l'italienne, grand espace de vie séjour & cuisine (avec tous les équipements nécessaires et en parfait état). Très bon contact avec les propriétaires. Nous conseillons cette location sans restriction aucune. Et en plus de tout cela, de quoi agrémenter votre séjour (planchas, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes et même un billard dans la très grande chambre de l'étage).
