Ideal for holidays with family or friends, the sun and quiet, this house, located in the Nîmes garrigue, 10 minutes from downtown, has a 3000m2 of land at the bottom of a dead end, a infinity pool with beaches and a popular terrace for lunch as the evening.
Besides the quiet, visitors especially enjoy the large living room overlooking the terrace, pool and garden.
Nîmes whose center is 10mm offers a great touristic interest (monuments, festivals, markets)
You can also discover Uzes, the Pont du Gard, Avignon, Arles, the beaches, the Camargue and the Cévennes which is between 20 and 60mm car.
The house still very cool even in summer and furnished in a contemporary way, however, it has for those fearing the heat with air conditioning.
