Not what we hoped for...
Great views and really fun location. The bedrooms are spacious, the steam shower is heavenly, and the kitchen is perfect for large groups.
The place was not thoroughly cleaned and had a lot of issues. Dirty/damaged cookware and silverware, ripped bedding, bathroom floors with hair and grime, hot tub was cloudy, the BBQ was rusted over and unstable/missing wheel, the fridge filters needed to be changed/blinking red, beer cans on the deck and in the gutters, the trash can outside was full when we arrived, the downstairs bedroom blind was damaged and we couldn't close it, upstairs bedroom door wouldn't latch to stay closed, and no hand soap in any bathrooms. I will include information in the photos. I tried contacting the property via email, Booking messenger, and I texted them. Nothing has been resolved and they didn't reply until several days into my stay. Then they offered to send out a cleaner, but this was on the very last day of our stay and was no longer relevant since I did all the cleaning myself. Very disappointed. No compensation has been offered yet.
