Cute little community. Nice park
It advertised 100ft to the beach. Unfortunately it was untrue. It was an incline, declined, upstairs, incline, and down stairs. It was difficult with elderly grandparents & small kids.

It was an wonderful stay with my family.
We used the fire pit to make smores and the hot tub was very nice on the cold night. I loved the layout of the home. kids upstairs had a blast, they loved having their own bathroom and play area. The neighborhood was very nice. We did wash the towels and wash clothes at the end of the stay and took sheets and pillow cases off of the beds. we could not find information if this was too be done. The kidds love going to the park. It was a close walk from the home. My family did enjoy our stay and will return. Thank you
We washed the towels and used fabric softener before use as they were extremely stiff. There were 2 broken steps, 1 on the front steps and 1 on the back steps. It would be nice to have information on the multiple stairs going to the beach. It is really not easy access when you have little kids. There was an aweful odor in the garage could not find where it was coming from.
