About this house rental
Escape to this beautiful home in picturesque Lincoln City. From the extra large picture windows you can watch the waves, whales, surfers, and tide pools. The sunsets are spectacular, and if it is raining, the storms are even delightful to watch. With four spacious bedrooms, including two king beds with master suites, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two bunk beds -twin over full. Guests will find plenty of room to relax. Four bathrooms offer both bathtubs and showers, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. The cozy heating keeps the space warm and inviting throughout your stay. Whether you’re gathering for a family trip or a getaway with friends, this newly renovated home provides comfort and convenience. A great place to call home base while you're away.
Beach combing, long walks, glass float hunting, surfing, hiking, restaurant hopping, and bike riding are some of our favorite things to do with this spectacular home as our home base.
BEACH ACCESS- is 14 houses to the south- (about one block away) down a set of 111 stairs. There is also a park .8 miles to the north -Canyon Drive Park with NO stairs to climb, parking, a restroom, and a foot wash.
PARKING- There is a gravel driveway that can easily fit 3 cars, and 4 if they are smaller. Street parking is discouraged by the city, and you could be ticketed. If needed, you can get a smaller car in the garage. 4 cars is the max allowed by the city. STAIRS- there are 15 stairs to climb to get from the first floor to the main living space. This will be a difficulty if stairs are an issue for you or for any of your guests. There is no baby gate provided.

House interior was very clean and nice. Looks fresh and modern. Gorgeous view and great location. Walk to the beach is exactly as described and wasn’t bad at all.

Newly remodeled, inside is very modern and well kept, outside surrounding area is not so well kept but no discredit to the house. I'd recommend to adults, we had little kids and was not the most ideal with the steep stairs loose rugs with limited space to place. A lot of fragile non kid friendly decorations and glass, which was fine for us but I know some parents might worry about that. No beach access will have to use public access points but the view and large windows definitely helps get your beach fix. The price is a little more on the higher end but you are paying for the new remodeled clean interior, not often you come across the newly done house with bidets, 2 master suites 2 large shower 2 more showers with tubs on paper is a large an nice house but wouldn't recommend to a group of more than about 8 adults due to common living space would be little more sung than you'd think. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and it was a perfect size to not feel crammed. 8/10 WOULD RECCOMEND.

Beautiful home with amazing views! Nice location to be able to go places in town and easy access to beach by either car or walking.
