Terrible accommodation with mould and smell

Absolutely the worst accommodation we have visited in our life. It is a ground-floor apartment full of foreign odors and mold. The photos do not correspond to reality at all. We booked accommodation for one night in August 2025, but we couldn't stay there, so I wrote to the owner that we had a problem. The owner did not respond at all. 94 Euros as booking fee was deducted. The owner never returned them to us, even though we did not stay in the apartment.

No communication with the owner. Lost money, the owner was not at all stupid to collect EUR 94 and not even reply to the email. I don't respond to photos at all. This is a miniature moldy pile. The beds were not made. Only a damp sheet was thrown on the bed. Please never go to the accommodation. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Good

Nice, cute, little apartment, the place is between a students dorm or similar. The room was generally clean, except dust on top or cupboards and some furniture. Washroom has an automatic tap.

Finding the key is a treasure hunt. The directions are with an assumption that one comes with a car via the street and parking area. If you are already at the address, you may need 10-15 mins to figure out the game of funding the key. The host is pushy on the review, and have a slightly rude instruction set on how to review properly. There's much furniture in the room than the space, so it's a little congested. Too much curios on the table for no reason. Kitchen lacked basic spices, no sugar , salt, pepper etc. There's a sanitizer in the tiny kitchen which will hit your arms every time you try to move. The water pressure in the shower is less. Bed covers were not done, you have to do them yourself. Bed is too small for two people, pillows uncomfortable. No shower gel in the toilets. Towels are really old.

Beds were not comfy, refrigerator haad to be turned off for the night, because of the noise it made. If you are thinking about making food in the apartment, take your time, as the stove will heat up very slowly

Verkrijgen van de sleutels... Je moet van een speurtocht houden, zeker bij regen en in het donker een uitdaging. Buiten de slagboom moet je allereerst parkeren aan een rotonde waar geen plaats is. Dan op de parkeerplaats de onverlichte sleutelkluis zoeken om o.a. de sleutel waarmee je door de slagboom kunt op te halen. Meest irritante is dat er geen lus is om uit te rijden. Dus ook weer met de sleutel naar buiten, dus wederom parkeren op een stoep aan drukke rotonde 's ochtends omdat de sleutel van de slagboom na gebruik weer in het kluisje terug moeten. Wie zoiets bedacht heeft?? Daar moeten ze echt iets aan doen...

Die Lage war ok, etwa 2km fußläufig zum Zentrum. WLAN war korrekt. Ruhige Umgebung.

Die Wohnung roch stark nach Putzmittel. Die Bettwäsche roch muffig. Die Matratze war weich und durchgelegen. In den Raumecken und am Bettkopfende war es schmutzig.

Als Alleinreisender war die Unterkunft gut geeignet. 4 Buslinien vor der Tür, Gebührenfreier Parkplatz durch Schranken gesichert auf dem Grundstück.. Ruhiges und unauffälliges Umfeld in Universitätsnähe.

Schönes Appartement in Hafennähe

Das Appartement war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir haben gut geschlafen. ( komfortable Matratze). Abends sind wir zum Hafen gefahren mit dem Rad( 10 min). Das war sehr schön. Leider haben wir unser Handyladekabel im Appartement vergessen. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, es wiederzubekommen? Grüße Jörg und Gudrun Wilmes- Licher

Auch bei preiswerter Unterkunft sollte Sauberkeit erwartet werden

Der Check-in über einen Schlüsselsafe verlief reibungslos. Die Informationen zum Standort des Safes wurden frühzeitig und sehr anschaulich mit Fotos bereitgestellt, was die Ankunft deutlich erleichtert hat. Die WLAN-Verbindung funktionierte stabil und zuverlässig. Zudem war die Unterkunft verkehrsgünstig gelegen und gut angebunden.

Leider entsprach das Zimmer insgesamt nicht meinen Erwartungen in Bezug auf Sauberkeit. Es machten sich mehrere Reinigungsmängel bemerkbar – unter anderem befanden sich Reste vom vorherigen Gast auf dem Boden (es wurde wohl Nagelpflege betrieben) sowie Besteck im Spülbecken. Auch Waschbecken und Spiegel im Bad wirkten ungepflegt. Das Raumklima war sehr stickig, und durch das ebenerdige Fenster und Bepflanzungen davor, kamen beim Lüften schnell Insekten ins Zimmer – ein Insektenschutzgitter wäre hier empfehlenswert. Die Schlafsituation war ebenfalls unbefriedigend: Das Bett war instabil, die Matratzen durchgelegen, und Kissen sowie Decken wirkten abgenutzt. Dank vorheriger Rezensionen hatte ich vorsorglich eigene Bettwäsche mitgebracht, was ich auch anderen Gästen empfehlen würde. Insgesamt habe ich mich in der Unterkunft leider nicht wohlgefühlt und war froh, nach zwei Nächten wieder abreisen zu können.

Попасть внутрь квартиры - это настоящий квест). Сначала найти столбик, потом с десятой попытки открыть кодовый замок, разобраться в каком месте и в какой последовательности открыть шлагбаум, и, наконец, вспомнить в каком именно, из очень длинных сообщений, было упоминание о квартире, для того чтобы найти эту самую квартиру. Все это повеселило)

В квартире было очень холодно и батарея не работала. То есть труба батареи была забита и за всю ночь радиатор из очень холодного стал просто прохладным. Это огромный недостаток, и за это я ставлю низкую оценку

Unterkunft grauenvoll, Stadt und Umgebung wundervoll

Das einzig gute an der Unterkunft war die Lage.

Es ist unzumutbar dieses Zimmer zu vermieten und eigentlich sollte man das Geld dafür zurückfordern. Die Betten mussten selbst bezogen werden, die Matratzen waren total durchgelegen, in die Ecken durfte man nicht gucken, die Dusche war nicht annehmbar, der Duschvorgang hing nur noch an einigen Haltern und die Handtücher hatten sicher schon etliche Jahre auf dem Buckel und waren sehr dünn gewaschen. Die Einrichtung entsprach einem Charme, der sicher vor 50 Jahren annehmbar war. Die Wände hatten viele Löcher als ob jemand Dart daran gespielt hatte und die Kanten waren abgestoßen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von dieser Unterkunft und werden im Leben nicht mehr dort übernachten geschweige denn weiter empfehlen. Booking wäre gut beraten die Unterkunft zu besichtigen um sich selbst ein Bild von dem "Apartment" zu machen.

Ausstattung nicht wie beschrieben kein Sofa + Bett sondern ein Doppelbett, kein separates Schlafzimmer sondern ein Zimmer mit "Küchenzeile" Die "Küchenzeile" ist ein Schrank mit Spüle und zwei Kochfeldern. Dieser Schrank ist so ausgerichtet, oder nicht ausgerichtet, dass das Wasser von der Abtropffläche in Richtung Kochfeld läuft. Bestandteil dieser Küchenzeile ist ein Kühlschrank Typ Respekta mit einem Schaldruck in 1m Entfernung zwischen 45dB und 48 dB (Spitzenwert beim Abschalten 58 dB), das ist für einen Schlafraum dedutlich zu viel. Das Bad mit der Dusche verfügt über einen Abzug, dessen Geräusche vermuten ließen, dass er jeweils nur am Donnerstag eingeschaltet wurde. Ein Luftzug war in keinem Fall zu spüren. Der Duschvorhang konnte nicht verhindetn, dass Wasser aus der Dusche unter das Waschbecken lief. Einen Lappen zum aufwischgen gibt es nicht. Durch die unzureichende Belüftung (es gibt auch kein Fenster im Bad) trocknet es auch nicht ab. Auch die Handtücher wurden nicht trocken und haben nach zei Tagen angefannen zu müffeln. Der Raum ist etwas breiter als das Bett lang ist, das Bett steht quer, so dass nur ein schmaler Gang zum Fenster verbleibt Das Besteck macht den Eindruck, als wäre es irgendwo übrig geblieben. Der Sitzbereich besteht aus einem Hochtisch und zwei unbequemen wackeligen Hockern aus Holz/Metall. Das habe ich in anderen Unterkünften in Flensburg für weniger Geld viel besser erlebt.
