The room has a smell that you can’t even get rid of ! And also we tried to get used to it but it was so intense that it’s really disgusting ! The AC was not working so it was really hot !

Good location, Carrefour supermarket next door. Small but decent rooms, friendly staff.

No private/secure parking, so not ideal for an overnight stop en-route to your holiday destination. There is a private parking next door at Leroy Merlin/IKEA, but at €10,40 per 2 hours that’s an expensive option. The elevators did not work when we were there.

Bad area, the hotel charged me twice my stay no refunds

The hotel charged me twice ones from booking and once directly. I called the reception and they said will refund the money shortly however is been almost two weeks no signs of refund

Cheap and new but nothing fancy.

The building was new and we could store our bikes in the backyard.

We had to pay an unannounced deposit. The deposit was blocked on my bank account for 3 weeks all together. Also, we got a double bed room but on the picture was a two bed room displayed.

the AC was not working the whole night and when we called and told the staff about it they said they cannot do anything about and we will have to just open the window and sleep. window literally opened only 3 inches and we couldn’t sleep the whole night due to no ventilation and air. and this too in summers.

clean, nice design, kind staff en beautiful and safe bunk beds in the family room.

the parking area wasn’t safe (staff told us that several car windows had been broken lately) so they advised us to park a little further ahead (4 minute walk).

The hotel is close to everything, very good price for a very comfortable stay, Venissieux isn’t the best place of Lyon puis luckily it is in the outskirts and very close to the T4 tram.

Staff upon arrival and departure were impeccable, some staff I met in between could have been a bit more smiley, I couldn’t find the blue button to open the door one morning and the person at the desk looked at me in a way (rolled eyes), but overall I can’t complain, during the night of the Saturday I stayed at 3:14, someone was knocking on a door very loudly and didn’t sleep, as there is no phone in the room I couldn’t call reception, and as I don’t have a French phone number the call would have cost me.

The staff was really good. We had a mechanical problem with our car, and they offered themselves to translate everything that would be needed. Lina was the start of the team.

Only car parking option was street parking in shady streets. Room very small, double bed only accessible from one side.
