don’t stay here, unless u literally don’t care about hospitality

the room was standard

there was no air conditioning, even though it was listed as if it did! we got changed to multiple rooms, the AC didn’t work in either of them and nobody knew how to get it working, it was a disaster, we ended up going to bed sweaty and tired at 4am

Reception and cleaning staff was great. First room assigned smelled like smoke but reception changed me immediately to a cleaner room no cigarette smell. Great location to get on motorway right away departing from Lyon

The breakfast is not satisfying, with no many choices and always the same. No drink water in the room and you have to buy from the vending machine. Also we met a power cut and had to climb to 6th floor...

Great affordable quality as usual with B&B. Friendly staff and good location. Also benefits from having food delivered to the hotel 24hrs per day!

The hotel has limited parking and as it’s huge if there is none under the hotel, then it’s a struggle to find on street. Also in comparison to other B&B brand hotels this one could do with an update.

The carpet was wet. Very expensive for the quality of property.

Poor breakfast. Typical French, not prepared for foreign guests who may not like to start their day from tiny sweet breakfast.

I arrived at around 22.00 pm and there was no parking place for me at the parking that belong to the hotel. The Staff does not speak English or speak very very little.
