The amenities were good for a family. Location was decent and enough space to soak the nature. Pizza at the restaurant was amazing.
There is no gym but enough walking space. Biggest and only issue was the mattress on the bed. They were very uncomfortable and the slump in the middle have back ache. The only negative in a property full of positives.

The hotel is nice, well done & staff very polite . How ever i am very unhappy .
booked yr hotel for two reasons ,
1. You stated indoor swiming pool indicated heated water. Since I was going to play golf , I thought my friend can swim & use the spa.
2. U stated Mini golf. I thought I can warm up or practice .
Both these facilities do not exist.
U r staff mentions the golf facility which is public and has nothing to do wit yr hotel. The pool is unusable in this weather . Even the masseur of yr spa is called from outside .
I was getting good hotels at half the price.
Two things have to be done. Pl check the claims on facilities . I expect that from booking.com
2nd refund me half the money . I feel cheated, and I want the hotel to feel the pinch .
