Had to sleep with mattress on floor when all hotels provide additional beds.
It was not a proper suite but made shift suite

The location and cleanliness.
Room maintenance was not upto standard. Pictures are misleading. They do not give you the room you choose and pay such a high price for. I did not feel the rooms were worth paying so much. Rooms and food is way overpriced.
