Good Harry Potter theme and staff were fully supportive and responding for all queries.

The entire stay for the apartment was equivalent to the deposit they are asking 500Euros which was difficult for tourist like us. And when we enquire this with friend it was not it other in other apartments and hotels. After paying to booking.com they say you have to pay the deposit else they can’t give access. They saying it’s a rule but we felt it’s not at all fair. But the refund us in two days after request but it usually take 6 days which is also felt difficult. But when we request they immediately helped and released. It’s my feedback that it could be great if they change the policy if possible. For travellers keep in mind you have to pay an extra 500 Euros which they refund only after 6 days. And the apartment just near the street and extreme noise will be there. Entire sound in road and outside you will hear. If you staying less then you can consider. All shops and metro is near. Rest all okay.

Good

The room looks exactly like the pictures. It's really cool. Comfortable bed, enough room for one person, and full of light. It's close enough to a metro station about 7 to 10 minutes walk. Customer service was friendly and fast.

The apartment is directly on the street, so you hear people parking their car, talking, or walking. It's a little scary at times and made me concern for my safety, but nothing actually happened to me. On my 1st day, the door couldn't open from the inside. I was locked in. Luckily, customer service sent someone within the hour to solve the issue, but the handyman did say that it's a known issue he's mentioned to the owner in the past. It's sad to know that they just don't want to fix it. The TV didn't work at all. When the handyman came to fix the door, he also worked on the TV. For all my stay, I was only on my phone. It was really unfortunate not to have that. If the owner checked out the apartment beforehand, they could have replaced it before my stay.

They treat guests badly.

I had terrible experience with this apartment. Firstly, the door from the apartment is placed right on the street, which they don’t have in the ad. Secondly, when me and my kid got to the place, tired, with suitcases, the lock wasn’t working. We called the manager, but they told us to go 15 minutes away to pick up the keys. Nobody informed us about the broken lock before, but the manager said that we should’ve have waited for somebody to bring the keys and that it’s not even their fault which is ridiculous. Thirdly, the apartment itself is super inconvenient. We couldn’t close the door to the bathroom nor open the windows. I don’t recommend booking this apartment if you don’t want to deal with such irresponsible people.
