Location is perfect, 5 mins to dungloe, keadue beach 1 minute around the corner. Lobster pot amazing food, great gift shop, o o'donnell's pub, the arronmore ferry bottom the street. This part of Donegal is the true part of donegal, Gaeltacht area, the smell of turf in the air and the best people.

Modern renovated apartment in the port area of Burtonport. All we needed was there for our three nights stay. Kitchen was sufficient to cook meals. (Groceries bought 10 mins away at Dungloe). Bathroom was a good size for a family. Parking was in the village's free parking facility next door to the building. The host was very friendly and ensured a smooth check in. Apartment was clean and minimalist. A good base to see the beautiful surrounding areas.
Bedroom walls thin. Noisy when clients would check in late. Master bed was very uncomfortable, springs felt. (Host mentioned at check out that new beds have been ordered 😊) Entrance area unfortunately had rubbish under the stairs. Unit 2 was not in the 'circled building' of the photos. It was the next one back, with a glimpse of the harbour and overlooking the free car park facility. No smart tv features. Little things, but worth a mention.
