We had a lovely 3-night stay at the Harbour Front Apartment in Burtonport. Three nights were plenty for us and made a great base for exploring the area.
The ferry trip over to Arranmore Island was a real highlight, especially with the kids. There’s a great park and beach there, making it a brilliant day out for families.
A 5-minute drive from the apartments are some absolutely gorgeous, almost tropical-looking beaches nearby, including Cloughglass.
We also visited the Lobster Pot Restaurant, which was thriving when we went — and we could definitely see why! The food was absolutely delicious.
A great spot for a family break, with plenty to explore nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location 1 minute walk from the harbour local gift shop, pub and fish food restaurant. Very clean and easy for parking. Had a comfortable and enjoyable stay for a family event. Diane our host was lovely and very helpful.
