Great area, but the hotel itself need much upgrade.
Location was very good. Staff was helpful. Bar are welcoming and comfortable.
Room wasn't equipped with glasses, water, kettle etc. Bathroom floor and shower was dirty. Wardrobe door fallen out. Swimming pool open between 4 and 7 pm. Breakfast was missing some fresh fruits /vegetable, but it's a personal preference.

Central location, large and warm swimming pool, skibus stop right at the front door, we had 2 bathrooms in the room

Ski bus to Daolasa every 30min right on front od the hotel. great and very nice service. everybody was really very nice and helpful. 10/10 quite good food for dinners, with a very good price wort thinking about if You stay there. recommended and very convinient. good pool Lots of parking place rooms were clean

Property standard was absolutely terrible it was not even the quality of a hostel should be removed from this platform immediately or reduced to €10 per night

I had a lovely stay.
The hotel was in a lovely location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel had a very relaxed feel to it..
My only criticism would be that the toilet was right next to a very small shower. The bathroom did need updating. Also plug sockets were a bit dated.
