Great staff - professional and very helpful. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast with fresh food. Ski bus stop in front of the hotel - very convenient.

The walls are thin - we could hear the neighbors and the noise from the corridor - very disappointing. Luckily we spent most of the time outside, otherwise, it would be very disturbing. Narrow beds, and uncomfortable mattresses; my son fell out of bed the first night ... I booked for myself and my husband a double bed - we got two connected twin beds so there was a gap in between, uncomfortable to sleep :-(.

The apartment we swapped to was fantastic - brand new, clean, comfortable. Bar and restaurant excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Nice to have a pool, sauna, and massage too!

The economy room we booked was a MUCH lower standard than the rest of the hotel. For a small additional charge the higher standard accommodation is much better.

Very cosy hotel in a small town in the Alps offering all you need.

Nice breakfast and with all covid restrictions followed, hours of the breakfast could be a little longer and the menu didnt change daily, Rooms were very clean. They had an animator for children and were organizing events daily. Amazing views from the room. Hotel situated in town center, next to main road. Sky bar with very good, out of the box drinks opened in the afternoons. Amazing people.

Walls are a bit thin so you could hear all your neighbours. The ski bus stop is only going in one direction to Folgarida so because we had ski lessons in Marilleva we needed to go by car to make it. Parking outside of the hotel. Wifi was very poor quality.

a good place for a ski trip - keep an eye on the offer

Great ski slopes and views. Bus stop for ski lifts directly at the hotel. The price includes an underground car park for guests living in the apartment building and a ski locker. Very good extra paid dinners - EUR 22. Very comfortable apartments with a refrigerator, induction cooker, dishwasher. Nice spa.

The hotel consists of several added parts. The residential part of the building with apartments has no direct connection with the main building - it is possible to pass through a cold garage, which may cause a cold for those visiting the SPA. Only 2 dishwasher tablets for 7 days were handed to us at the reception! Usual hotel rooms cramped , one chair for 2 people. Breakfasts are too monotonous - they are not suitable for a few days' stay. Long distance from the hotel to the one outside restaurant that do not work in the evenings, in winter. Hotel staff is not aware of their own offer on booking.com. We were prevented from using the spa free of charge by demanding EUR 16 for one entry, claiming that apartment guests are not entitled to this service. It was argued that neither toilet paper nor shampoo and soap were owed to the apartment! We were asked to pay EUR 50 to clean the apartment if we did not do it ourselves. After presenting the hotel offer on the booking.com website and confirming the payment, we agreed to use the spa free of charge, it was decided that we deserve toilet paper! It turned out that shampoo and soap were not really included in the offer - you have to take them with you from home! Unheard of! The EUR 50 cleaning fee has been waived as it was clearly stated as already paid on our fee confirmation! There is a deposit for the apartment of EUR 200, which is not included in the offer on booking.com, so where to get EUR 200 if you don't have cash? After a positive explanation of these matters, the next change at the reception desk was not informed about it and we were again refused free entry to the spa, etc. We had to explain everything again, like to a child, that it was the hotel itself that had made such an offer on boooking.com and we only bought it. I guess not why we choose a hotel for a week's vacation, to experience stressful situations? The hotel did not compensate us for not being able to use the spa for 2 days.

Camere pulite, con letti molto comodi, staff gentile e accogliente, bellissima spa con piscina, idromassaggi e zone relax!!! Abbiamo anche fatto un massaggio a pagamento, veramente sorprendente!!! Bravi!!!

Ristorante , buona la qualità ma non soddisfacente per il prezzo del menù (buffet non per tutti se non arrivi all' apertura non trovi più niente ma lo paghi lo stesso! Portate piccole)

Ottima scelta per essere al centro.

La posizione è ottima, la presenza di un parcheggio privato è un plus. La colazione è completa e per chi vuole anche cenare a 30€ bibite escluse c'è sempre un'ottimo menù anche di qualità. Devo comunque mettere una lode a Mery, Bella e Tommaso che lavorano in sala ed Adela ed Alice alla Reception come anche tutta la famiglia dei proprietari che lavorano h24 in hotel poiché tutti ci hanno aiutato e soddisfatto in ogni nostra richiesta.

La maggioranza delle stanze mancano di frigo e tutte di A/C e siccome le estati stanno diventando torride anche a queste altitudini sarebbe opportuno aggiungere questi servizi in futuro.

Appartamento pulito e attrezzato, parco giochi, bar, ottima colazione, noleggio bici gratuito, area ricca di passeggiate anche brevi da fare con bambini, prime tende oscuranti che oscurano davvero per chi non è abituato senza tapparelle, piscina interna riscaldata, a giugno poche persone e prezzo molto competitivo, nel complesso siamo molto soddisfatti, torneremo

Il letto matrimoniale un po' scomodo; piscinette all'aperto con troppe vespe, se siete paurosi come noi meglio quella interna

Ubytovanie bolo cca 30min autom od lyžiarskeho strediska. Hneď vedľa bolo parkovisko, kde bolo možné parkovať zadarmo. V rámci pobytu sme mali raňajky ktoré bolo postačujúce - veľký plus: mali odšťavovať a čerstvé ovocie a zeleninu Hotel mal wellness- bazén a saunový svet ktorý bol bez dodatočných príplatkov a bol postačujúci Hotel bol čistý

možno by mohli trochu dlhšie podávať večeru ale to sa dá vybaviť v reštauráciách v okolí

Ottima area wellness per adulti, molto buona la colazione sul salato, molto bene l’area dedicata al deposito sci e la possibilità di parcheggio adiacente alla struttura abbastanza capiente

Peccato per il poco controllo all’intero dell’area wellness in particolare modo della jacuzzi esterna e dalla sauna che vengono utilizzate anche da bambini sotto i 12 anni incustoditi, da migliore l’insonorizzazione generale tra le camere e tra camera e corridoio ( si sente tutto, davvero anche un spillo) figurarsi i bambini che corrono e giocano in corridoio… Da migliorare anche il livello di pulizia delle camere, soprattutto della biancheria notte e del bagno
