Lack of ski boots dryer. There is good ski room but no dryer. Its important to not carring boots to room for drying it. This may be improved.

Personel uśmiechnięty i miły :) Było bardzo czysto i ciepło:) Codziennie wymieniane ręczniki, kawa herbata i woda dostępne cały czas przy wejściu oraz słodki poczęstunek po 16:00. Dla chętnych możliwość skorzystania z sauny i jacuzzi i narciarnia z suszarką do butów.

soggiorno super consigliato

Lo staff è stato cordiale e disponibile, la colazione buona e variegata, la camera pulita e il posto auto sempre presente. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza della ski room, la quale disponeva inoltre di un apposito ripostiglio riscaldato per gli scarponi da sci. La cosa che mi è piaciuta più di tutte è stata la presenza ,nella hall, di un piccolo tavolino con tisane, caffè acqua e torte avanzata dalle colazione usufruibile a tutti 24 ore su 24.

Non ho nulla di particolarmente importante da segnalare, se non una piccolissima critica: i colori interni delle camere non trasmettono molto l’atmosfera di montagna.

Accogliente....

Ottima accoglienza, personale sorridente e disponibile. La struttura non è nuova ma è tenuta molto bene, e la pulizia è impeccabile. Il letto grande e comodissimo, i cuscini pure. Poi l'area relax è la ciliegina sulla torta, dopo una giornata in montagna ci voleva proprio un pò di relax. La colazione è molto varia e le torte sono deliziose, non manca nulla, anzi i macarons è difficile trovarli per colazione ma qui sono buonissimi. Qui ho mangiato dei pancake deliziosi, tutto tutto buonissimo. Abbiamo mangiato a Mezzana nel ristorante vegano L'Aia visto che mia figlia è vegana, consigliatissimo, tutto molto ricercato e squisito.

Nella nostra stanza mancava l'aria condizionata, è un pò un problema in questi giorni, ma nulla di grave c'è un ventilatore molto utile.

Abbiamo passato una sola notte, avevamo in programma delle escursioni in Val di Sole. Camere comode e pulite. Sistemazione ideale. Colazione buonissima e staff molto disponibile

Staff disponibile e pronto ad accogliere alcune semplici richieste relative a determinate caratteristiche della stanza che non rispecchiavano i dettagli nella prenotazione. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di parcheggiare la moto al coperto in garage. Colazione eccellente, estremamente ricca e varia.

Piccolo malfunzionamento al meccanismo di apertura della porta finestra.

Weinig te beleven in het dorp en al met al viel het tegen. Als je in de jacuzzi wil, was eerste dag voor de aangegeven tijd al gesloten en dag erna voor 6 mensen geboekt op 1 tijdslot kon niet, dus geen gebruik van gemaakt. Dag eerder vertrokken. Oude kamers, geen airco.. Ik snap niet het cijfer.. daardoor verkeerde been gezet.

L'hotel è in una posizione ottima, poiché si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Dimaro e soprattutto è mel mezzo di altre località, quindi è perfetto anche se si vogliono visitare in auto per esempio Folgarida, Malè, Rabbi, Madonna di Campiglio. Lo staff è veramente gentile e disponibile e sempre presente. La colazione è ottima oltre che essere molto varia sia nelle opzioni dolci che salate. Altro punto di forza è il garage sotterraneo coperto che è internamente collegato alla struttura. Per chi scia è compreso anche il deposito sci. Le camere sono pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari e sono davvero calde, accoglienti e silenziose. La nostra era dotata di terrazzino che si affacciava in parte sulle montagne. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti perché vedendo gli hotel e i prezzi medi del momento, per quello che abbiamo pagato, non ci aspettavamo questo ottimo servizio e questa bella struttura.

La colazione, la posizione comoda con la fermata per lo skibus e con i negozi, il deposito sci riscaldato ed il garage che, in inverno, non é da poco... La sala giochi ottima idea!

Se avesse avuto la possibilità di un bar attivo anche la sera, sarebbe stato il top... Non è una critica negativa, ma un suggerimento soggettivo...

Posizione ottima, colazione varia ed abbondante, camera molto spaziosa e letti comodi. Staff disponibile e gentile. Ci è stato anche assegnato un parcheggio coperto molto utile in questa stagione.
