Helping and caring hospitality

Most importantly, I/we want to appreciate the staff. After checking out, our car was broken and did not start. The staff helped us in calling a mechanic and she even allowed us (8 people) so stay inside the hotel, use the washrooms and even gave us a deck of cards to pass the time which was over 6 hours as we had to connect to the car agents on a weekend. Other than the hospitality we received, the breakfast was really amazing and filling, which actually helped us till evening as there were nothing available in the nearby premises.

Stuff was very friendly, rooms are very clean and breakfast was various with plenty to choose from. I also had dinner there that was delicious. If I will reach Trentino area again I will take it in consideration.

1. breakfast was terrible, hardly any choice, no vegetables 2. you can hear everything that’s going on on the floor- the whole noise, conversations of other guests - I had to wear earplugs the whole time 3. rooms are ugly with gross bathrooms 4. ladies at the reception rather unkind 5. it was a cheap hotel - so probably you get what you pay for 6. there are no restaurants in the town nearby - I spent literally an hour looking for open restaurants and ended up in a bar 7. far away from the lifts (15 minutes drive) - but that I was aware of when I booked the hotel. to sum up- I’ll never come back

If you want to sleep and have some rest it's not possible without earplugs. You can hear every single thing- seems that the walls are made of paper......I've asked for another room but the staff refused to give it to me although hotel was half empty.

Great for the value in the area

Evwryrhing was good, a bit outdated, so i would rather try to maintain that spirit instead of trying to uodate it. Very clean, comfortable; it is a pity you cannot smoke in the balcony..

Breakfast was poor in my opinion. Mainly white bread, cakes, etc So if you have for example gluten allergies - nothing for you.

Semplicità e rapporto qualità prezzo introvabile, specialmente considerando il periodo del soggiorno e il poco preavviso della prenotazione. Parcheggio molto ampio, deposito sci gratuito.

Durante gli spostamenti diurni la porta di accesso dalle scale ai piani sbatte molto forte. Le porte datate delle camere non riescono ad atutire il rumore.

De omgeving zo mooi het hotel was oke voor 2 nachtjes jammer dat er geen goede wifi was dus tv konden we niet kijken was allemaal Italiaanse zenders de bedden waren ook niet echt comfortabel verder was het wel schoon de douche was erg klein en het was allemaal een beetje oud het personeel die het ontbijt verzorgde was 1 iemand en die werkte echt kei en kei hard om iedereen te geven wat ze wilde deze vrouw deed echt de benen uit de lijf lopen dus voor twee net genoeg

De bedden kraakte heel erg douche erg klein en heel gehorig het afzuiging systeem in de douche klonk als een diesel motor erg luid maar stekker eruit voor de nachtelijke plasjes en dat er slechte tot geen wifi was dus geen tv kijken tenzij je Italiaans kan spreken

La struttura e' a pochi min a piedi (800 metri) dal centro di Dimaro e ha un parcheggio interno molto capiente accessibile a qualsiasi ora ,le camere sono pulite , la colazione soddisfacente, lo staff molto gentile e professionale.

Das Hotel hatte die perfekte Lage für eine Nacht auf meiner Wanderung, ich musste somit nicht von der Route abweichen. Das Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig und gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Zimmer war leider sehr dunkel und vor allem hellhörig. Ich brauchte für meinen Fernseher keinen Ton, da mein Nachbar den selben Film schaute. Außerdem lief Wasser aus der Dusche überall ins Bad, da die Trennwand nicht dicht hielt. Auch konnte die Badezimmertür nicht geschlossen werden. Ihre Klinge war zusätzlich defekt.

Posizione tranquilla lontana dalle strade quindi molto tranquillo, a 20mt si può entrare nella natura fenomenale del Trentino , sentieri che ti conducono a malghe, Madonna di campiglio attraversando boschi secolari…

Ci vorrebbe un park coperto (parlo da motociclista) anche se mi hanno fatto mettere il mio cavallo di ferro sotto una tettoia pedonale (piccola !) e se ci fosse stata un’altra moto non ci sarebbe stata la mia.. comunque gentili!.. Un’altra cosa non della struttura ma legata alla maleducazione della gente: “perché sbattere le porte per chiuderle?..ALLE 6:30 di mattina?!?!… non si pensa che qualcuno può ancora dormire a quell’ora ?..mah!!

Bardzo bardzo kiepsko, zarówno personel jak i udogodnienia w hotelu, niezbyt czysto i hotel koniecznie potrzebuje remont

Bardzo dziwny kontakt z Panią z obsługi, nie była miła i przyjaźnie nastawiona, nie czuliśmy się mile widziani. Pokój był katastrofą, drzwi i cały pokój wyglądał jak Szpitalny, brudna poplamiona pościel, dwa rybiki w łazience. Upał, zero wentylacji. Nie mam pojęcia jak można się ogłaszać jako 3*** z takim standardem. Śniadanie bardzo ubogie, żółty ser, szynka, biała bułka i kawa. Żadnych warzyw, owoców, dużo sztucznych marmolad z opakowania.

Camera aprivi le finestre e affacciava sulla scala di sicurezza in ferro con le persone che passavano guardavano dentro se avevi le tende aperte e facevano rumore salendo le scale e di vista montagna ha poco direi più nella montagna per quel poco che la scala ti permetteva di vedere
