Great stopover, made a change from a hotel stopover.

Excellent communication throughout and always available if needed.

Downstairs took a long time to heat up, but property was comfortable and I would stay again if in the area.

the location was a short drive from the beach at rest bay,and the nights were so quiet could not here a pin drop slept so well on the very comfy bed.the house was absolutely fabulous not a speck of dust to be found.and so modern ,we loved it

Easy walk to Rest Bay beach. One mile to downtown Porthcawl great for walks and running! Stayed there to see family in B

Everything was new and clean. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was spacious. Host was responsive and met all needs. Highly recommend.

It abutted the back of some shops and a parking lot but it was fine and provided a safe place to park and an easy walk to market or fish and chips and local pub.

Excellent, new, comfortable accommodation for a short stay for 2 people.

Location was quiet and good for exploring the area. Small shop, chip shop and pub close by.

Couldn't find the folder with instructions for the appliances and wi-fi code. Contacted the owner for wi-fi code. There was no dish drying rack or casserole type dish to use in the oven/microwave. The shower was excellent but tray was very slippery, could do with a shower mat.

Leaving the property.

Sharing the accommodation with ants. Being accused of being a liar, even though I supplied video evidence. Being told to contact booking.com for a refund, only for the owner to make up stories about conversations based on false timelines that never happened once we've returned home. Booking.com offer their clients absolutely zero protection from things like this whatsoever; you will be ignored and they will always take the side of the Landlord.

Lovely apartment

Accommodation was modern, comfortable and very spacious for two people. It's only really a one bed apartment - the second bed is a single on the landing. It would've been great to have a dressing table with mirror in the main bedroom. For us, the location was a bit too far out of the main town and we struggled to get taxis to and from. It would be better in the summer I'm sure as a walk to town would be nice. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Perfect Overnight Stay

The property is fantastic, check in really easy. It's modern and well equipped and a great thought out space for a couple or small family like us. The beds were super comfortable. Only a short walk to Rest Bay and a 10- 15 min walk to town centre. We only stayed overnight and wished we could have stayed longer. The owner was really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

Lovely stay in a great part of Wales, would recommend to others.

Great property in a good location. Short walk to Rest Bay beach and easy drive to surrounding areas. Tim was a friendly and helpful host.

One or two unfinished bits around the property but they were only cosmetic and didn't cause any issues. The kitchen could do with a few extras such as a frying pan and some more knives.

Excellent accommodation. Clean, modern and everything you need to cook a light meal. Chippy nearby is however closed on a Monday but well stocked mini-store very close by. Really impressed and would definitely recommend for close access to beaches.

I cannot say enough about the accommodation not only was it beautiful it had everything you could want It was tastefully decorated at a very high standard but was located in a peaceful area The host was more than helpful as we had a slight problem with our car not starting but even offered to come out and help

Everything...excellent property. Very spacious and immaculate. With milk, choccs and mince pies on arrival . Comfortable beds. Tim was on hand to help us sort out the TV (not techy ppl)
