Location and facilities. Grandson & granddaughter loved the pool.
The kitchen needs an overhaul. Cupboards are aged and a bit grotty. Crockery and cutlery needs to be reviewed due to missing items. A salad bowl would be an asset.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Nicola Seminyak with Fat Lamb Villas! A special thank you for the lovely cake and beautiful decorations for my daughter’s 8th birthday—it made her day so memorable.
The villa itself is spacious and perfect for families. The swimming pool was a highlight for my kids—they couldn’t get enough of it! The place is well-maintained, clean, and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The hospitality was top-notch. Host Jody was quick to respond to any questions or requests, and Komang, who assisted us throughout our 5-night stay, was incredibly helpful and friendly.
Highly recommend this villa for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience in Seminyak. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent location, central to everything & very close to numerous restaurants. Off main drag enough so not disturbed by any noise, very peaceful.
Can’t really be changed & we only used 3 of the bedrooms but 4th bedroom small compared with the massive main bedroom and oversized bathroom next door. If 4 people/couples sharing you’d def want the 4th bedroom recipient to contribute less as equivalent to medium size hotel room with ensuite and not much natural light.
