The location was good.

Beware when booking this that what you see online is not what you get. When we arrived it was very different to the photos. It was not very clean, there was 7 of us staying and when one of the couples pulled back their bedsheets they found a dirty pair of underwear rolled up at the bottom of the bed, indicating the sheets were not cleaned. 5$3 power went out in the middle of the night and we woke up at 2am in a pool of sweat, the fridge had turned off, lights not working & very hot. The road is right out the front of the door and is busy all hours of the night with bikes and cars honking. Good location as close to shops and restaurants but there is better value for money.

Central location, comfortable beds, great aircon.

Friendly caring staff. Having two keys. Being able to check out late due to late flight at no extra cost. Serviced our room when we asked for clean towels and rubbish emptied. Comfortable beds and water provided for drinking. Basic kitchen amenities also provided. Felt very safe with Mutiara Bali resort security always watching Road and our room entry.

Noise from street and neighbouring rooms very loud in the kitchen and pool area as area is open. Shower water pressure very low and water temperature tepid.

It could have been cleaner but the property manager was lovely and she made sure she would clean the room every 2 days. She is also very reachable if you tap on her door at 96.

The owner and management who manage online bookings for this property are unprofessional and there is no further communication after booking, it is shown in the picture that this villa has a swimming pool or jacuzzi on arrival it doesn't exist, and they say we don't get a swimming pool type because of the price and insist that it's what you pay for it's what you get. basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, mineral water are not provided, 1 bedroom towel, which is generally prepared by 2 people, they only give 1 towel. Floors and furniture are very dirty, it is recommended to use footwear when entering this villa. Super Disappointing that we made an order for orher date & chose a 2 bedroom villa type with a pool, but when we confirmed to the owner that we only got 1 room and no swimming pool, we asked for a cancellation but there was no response.

the place can be great if the take care a bit better about about everything

the AC works really well

- bathroom was really not clean - many mosquitos since you can’t really close well the main door. - couldn’t close the fridge door, so was licking water all the time next to the cable/electricity, dangerous specially with a kid. - outside bamboo blinders were full of ants and old, can’t really use them.

Disappointing

Not a lot.

It is promoted as a villa, and from the pics and the cost you think you are getting that, however the only room that has a roof is the bedroom, with the front lounge absolutely soaking when it rains, worse than that the front door is directly beside the main road, which is busy 24/7, which leads to major traffic noise due to there being no roof. The whole experience would be better if they resolve this issue. But please do not call this a Villa, it's a room and should be charged accordingly.
