The staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfasts every morning and the place was kept clean. There are some aspects that are a bit dated but overall pretty good. We did love the size and depth of the pool, it was perfect.

Ziva a Boutique Villa in Bali is hands down the best villa we've stayed at on the island. The location is fantastic—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything you need. The villa itself is super clean, and the staff really take care of everything. They clean the villa during the day and then also set up the room for us in the evening by closing the blinds, lighting the candles, and turning on the lights. It was always a nice touch to come back to a perfectly set-up room. The staff are all really friendly, speak great English, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A special shoutout to Julie at reception—she was so warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the start. The pool is also huge, about three times the size of a typical villa pool, which was perfect for relaxing and swimming. We’ll definitely be back and have already recommended it to our family and friends. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Bali, Ziva is the one.

With the premise that staff was always nice, kind and available, the structure is simply old and in serious lack of maintenance. It gives the impression that is about to close and no investment is made in maintaining it. Rusty appliances, old furnitures, very basic breakfast to say the least. There is an open view toilette within the villa space, yet exposing to everyone else is in that space. Swimming pool is huge -which is the only plus- the rest is unfortunately a memory of its old days.

Lovely boutique hotel with amazing staff. We stayed here for 9 days and it was great. Room needs a bit of maintenance (some update to the shampoo rack, hand towel hangers would be nice) but nothing that really bothers. Floating breakfast is lovely. Strong air con and very close to everything. Best location.

The photos must be from when the villas were brand new. Currently, it doesn’t look this good. The pool could have been cleaner, the water unclear and green. Breakfast was not good.

From the moment we pulled up to Ziva A Boutique Villas we were looked after by all the staff so amazingly well. Always smiling, helpful and efficient. We stayed in villa 3, which could do with a little bit of maintenance (bathroom vanity doors falling off etc) bu all in all we were very happy with our stay. We will definitely come back.

Location was pretty central but the entrance is on a parallel street to the main road, making the map location a bit misleading. The humidity has clearly left some wear and tear on the villa and needs renovation. The staff were responsive and cleaned twice a day but just superficial cleaning didn’t really make much difference. Breakfast was ok but only 1 coffee option which is not standard for the price of this villa compared to others in the same price bracket. Overall ok, but I think this is 30% overpriced based on current state of the villa.

The three bedroom villa at Ziva was perfect for our family of six adults and one infant. Each couple had their own private space and private bathroom. Upon arrival, the pool was low on water, but was filled during our stay to give the waterfall effect and looked so much nicer. The pool was very large compared to other villas I had looked at. There were a few little things wrong - a cupboard not closing properly, the kettle not working properly and no air conditioner in the shared lounge room. The cupboard and the kettle didn’t bother us (we put a bowl on the kettle button to hold it down), but when mentioned to staff about the air conditioner, they quickly bought us a portable one for the room. The management and staff were wonderful. Always greet you with a warm smile and hello. Myself and my son had birthdays there and the staff brought in cakes and sang Happy Birthday. The in villa breakfasts were great. Beds are made every morning and then turn down service in the evenings. Bath towels and pool towels are changed twice daily. Our only regret was that one week at this villa was not long enough.

My wife and I loved our stay here. We went for three nights and couldn't fault the accommodation and service. The staff respected peoples privacy and it was awesome to have them come and cook breakfast in our outdoor area every morning. Definitely will be staying again and recommending to friends.

Ziva Villas had a pleasant checkin experience. We were promptly shown to our private villa and porters assisted us with our luggage and gave us a tour of the villas facilities. The villa is a little run down and showing signs of wear, but everything was in working order. We had a lot of mosquitoes on the first evening but when we notified reception they brought additional oil burners which seemed to help. The pool was lovely and clean and quite refreshing temperature wise which was nice on sunny days but too cold on overcast days. One thing which was odd was that reception advised on checking in that they could assist us with ordering food from local restaurants to have in our villa - when we tried to arrange this in the evening the person on reception would not assist with this and suggested we call the restaurant ourselves. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but considering the price we paid and the property's condition, I do not believe it's a 5 star experience.

Our villa was great, it was very spacious and the pool is a good size. The staff were very helpful but they seemed to be under the pump with minimal staff on. Room service was great but breakfast could be better. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend anyone staying here.

Amazing stay at the ziva. We stayed at the 3 bedroom villa and we love the design of the place. Great pool, clean & modern interior. The only downside was there was no refrigerator at the common dining area/living room area. But other than that, everything was perfect!

It was a great stay for our honeymoon. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was big too! We are happy to stay here as we can have our very privacy space and the butler will not come and knock the door for cleaning during day time. They would only come in to clean the room when we are going out. We also love the in villa breakfast and afternoon tea. It was a great stay there. At the same time, the location is also very strategic where we can reach the seminyak shop lots just minutes away.

The Villas itself are very well kept, clean and with modern stile. The service cannot be compared to a 5 star hotel, as the people do not have the training that a 5 star hotel can have for their people, but they really try to do the best to their knowledge. The breakfast is nice but definitely could be way better, specially with the unique experience of having the breakfast being served at the Villa, again it all comes on training.

We stayed 5 nights in the 3 bedroom Villa. Master bedroom was massive! Could easily fit 2x single beds in addition to the king bed. Service was fantastic. Property always clean and well maintained. In house dining was very well priced. We booked on a low season deal and got good value for money. Excellent location - short walk to Jl. Kayu Aya. Swimming pool was great for laps - 14mtrs x 4mtrs. Rack rate is normally $800 per nt which is hard to justify unless you have all 3 bedrooms filled (3x king beds). We were a family of 4.
