It’s close to shopping yet private and fairly quiet.
No microwave or toaster in the otherwise good kitchen facilities.

Location, security out front was a bonus, I’ve always avoided villas due to many being on skinny dark alleys. The beds are so comfortable, pool area had good sun & lounges were in a great position. Shower was hot, pressure was great. Staff were so lovely.
The main glass door - hard to lock & not very secure it would be very easy to slide to gain access. Cups & glasses in kitchen a bit of a damp smell to them. No safe for passport or money . The downstairs shower puts a bit of water on the floor, we used a towel on the floor to mop up and avoid slipping in the night.

Only liked the location.
It was old and dated, falling apart, the bathroom showers were not cleaned and a really bad design, the staff didn’t come to clean the last day and was trying not to clean the second day either. Very inflexible with checkouts timing and nowhere to leave your luggage if you need to fly out late. To summarise, the worst villa experience in Bali. But the location wa unbeatable
