The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony and view. It was a 10–15 minute walk to the city center, with good bus connections to Königssee and nearby museums.

Communication with management was poor—we did not receive responses to our questions about directions or check-in instructions. When we finally found the manager, Alex, he was very friendly and helpful. However, the check-out instructions were confusing, as we were told to leave the key on the table and close the door, but the door could not be properly locked without using the key. There were also no basic amenities such as body soap, tea, or coffee. Overall, we had a good experience, especially for a two-night stay, but better communication and few basic amenities would improve it.

Great property in nice suburban location with amazing views of the mountains. Very clean and close to town by car. Host was very friendly and welcoming which made our day even better.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr sauber. Fahrräder konnten wir im Keller sicher abstellen. Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe. Vom kleinen Balkon herrlicher Blick zum Watzmann. Zentrum fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
