The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big and spacious. The location was quite good if you drive - close to Big C and Central Rama 2.
The biggest problem was there was only a very weak lock on the door (the type you press in). There was no chain or latch so it did not feel safe, especially as we are a young family. The hotel could really improve their customer's experience by putting better security on doors.
