It’s newly built. Very clean. Staffs are friendly. Close to market and mini mart and BTS.

The stairs floor makes you tired up and down. No laundry machine service.

I stayed previously in Silom for one month. Silom is a very centralised place, but a bit tol expensive for me. And I didnt like the Ambience - Weed smell and all. Look up further and found this place. After staying for one week, immediately fall in love with this place. Hence i paid for additional 2.5 months total. Contacted the manager for the arrangement. The place is new, very clean, very comfortable despite sharing bathroom. I only paid less than half of what I paid in Silom. The Staff here, are very attentive and kind, despite not very good in speaking english. Credit to them 👍🏻👍🏻 Blue MRT (Bang Khae) is just walking distance, 7eleven just across the street, Tops Daily nearby and you can go to big mall at the Lak Song MRT Terminal (Nearby). 24Hours laundry is also nearby. The general goods prices here are much cheaper, market, foodplace - perhaps because it is slightly away from Bangkok Main. If you are looking for budget stay and a very comfortable ones, highly recommended to choose here! 5⭐️ If I will ever visit bangkok again, i will strongly consider this place once again

Location and staff are very good. Everything is clean and function well. Price is reasonable, worth the money.

It will be better if it has a table in each room for working with notebook or for paper work. Also a small window for outside light and air.
