This place not for everyone. It's a dusty old room but private room with only stand fan, large double bed, work desk and a wardrobe. Don't expect a hotel level of comfort but it's a good price a private room/shared bathroom in Bangkok. The owner is friendly elderly man and willing to help you get around in Bangkok if it's your first time here.

Location is far from the city, but there's a bus service, 7 -eleven and BigC supermarket nearby. No hot shower, this is pretty much common everywhere in Bangkok except maybe few places.

The man who works there and owns the place is amazing.

Everything was okay. It was going to be great if there was hot water on the showers.

The owner is very friendly and accommodating. If you are not a snob, the place has everything you need. Washing machine, fan, shower, western toilet, good internet, parking if needed, beer in fridge (same price as 7-11). The local market is just across the street and the famous Indy night market is a short bus trip away, right down the road. This place is also very quiet because it is off the road and void of the party crowd.
