I was in desperate need after the earthquake for a place to stay which is the only reason why I did not walk out. The whole place was unclean. The room had dirty rugs, dirty sheets, dirty towels. I felt disgusting trying to clean myself and sleep. The light fixtures were hanging, other fixtures plugged with tissues. I know that it did not cost much, but I can find a nicer place at the same price.

In short, I know it’s a budget choice but some things are just below the bare minimum standards: 1) no WiFi connection at our room on the third floor; nevermind being told by the staff there is. There simply ISNT. What kind of hotel does not provide wifi in 2026. 2) the facilities have suffered a substantial wear and tear. Just walk around the lobby and see for yourself 3) The room is in dire need of proper maintenance: the shower head couldn’t be fixed on the wall; we were given off-set towels and glasses; the lightbulb in the doorway area wouldn’t switch on.. 3) our room overlooks the street downstairs and it gets noisy at times It’s an option because there aren’t many hotels in the area but the low rating regarding this property is real
