Sehr nett und unkompliziert. Extrem ruhig. Super Lage zum Zentrum und zum Kongress.

Zentral, aber doch ruhig in einem Wohngebiet gelegen, alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Sehr sauberes Appartment mit allem was es so braucht um einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt zu haben. Doppelbett sehr bequem, Bad mit Dusche und WC getrennt, Küche mehr als gut ausgestattet, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, in der Garage kann man Ebikes unterstellen und laden. Sehr nette Vermieterin, deren Mutter im Erdgeschoss wohnt, sehr netter Kontakt. Der gesamte obere Stock gehört zum Appartment. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollen gerne wiederkommen. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Alles wunderbar, Fragen werden prompt beantwortet, Probleme schnell behoben.

Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Schlüsselübergabe hervorragend. Sehr ruhige Lage, fußläufig schnell im Zentrum. Ausstattung der Küche.
Nichts,. Man sollte nur Berücksichtigen, dass von der Treppe nach oben zur Wohnung hin, es einen offenen Zugang gibt. Wohnung ist nicht separat abzuschließen, aber die einzelnen Türen. Hat mich aber nicht gestört.
