Chalet Alcice was perfect
Honestly I like everything. Schladming is beautiful and people were very nice. Chalet Alice was beautiful and everything comfortable and clean. Just a few minutes away from a supermarket and few minutes away from train and Planai mountain where we saw the Backstreet Boys live. The owner of the Chalet is wonderful, very nice person and was very helpful to us. He owns a very cute and friendly small dog named Valentino which we loved to give him Cuddles every morning and before we left. Really I couldn't ask for anything else.
I have nothing to complain honestly. I loved it all. Was worth all the money and the effort to go.

Large apartment with good size bedrooms and a balcony. A 10 minute walk to the bottom of the Planai. 1 minute walk to the ski bus stop.

Nice apartment close to the center and lifts
The apartment is nice and spacious. It is very close to the lifts, although the bus stop is a bit further than described. The main bed is really comfortable. There are two nice balconies that might be of great use in summer, not that much in winter. There is a good place for drying ski boots in the basement.
Check-in was delayed and service around the apartment (communication, handover and return of the keys, cleaning and amenities) is far below expected standard. The kitchen is tiny and almost all free space is occupied by a huge stand for three waste bins for separation, but only one large bin is provided. There is no window or any other kind of ventilation in the kitchen. Three other beds are extendable sofas, but they are fine for kids.

The parking is too small and we didn’t have a parking place although promised.
The team managing the appartment is not responsive. They don’t pick up the phone. Nor they reply to text messages. The skibus stop is quite close, albeit not that close as in the description of the apparment.

Lyžovačka + Koncert BSB
Lokalita bola dobrá, blízko lyžiarskeho strediska Planai Schladming. Apartmám pomerne veľký, okrem kuchyne, tá bola maličká.
Kľúče si trebalo ísť prevziať na iné miesto ako bolo ubytovanie. Išlo o office niekoľko km od ubytovania, kde boli kľúče uložené v schránke. Toto nám prišlo pomerne zdĺhavé , nakoľko v apartmáne bol prítomný počas nášho príchodu aj počas celej doby pán, ktorý mal ubytovanie na starosti a mohol nám otvoriť a kľúče odovzdať.

Die Lage war super in der Nähe vom Stadtzentrum, das Appartement sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Gastgeber sehr nett und freundlich. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in den Bergen
Größe und Aufteilung für 5 Personen gut Zentrale Lage Sommercard inkl. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir legen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit - die war in der Küche leider nicht gegeben. Wenig Geschirr (Gläser, Besteck) für 5 Personen. Liegt direkt an der Bahn (das hat uns nicht gestört - hört man aber natürlich)
